After a year of incredible growth and engagement, we have outgrown our apartment and now need a dedicated house to accommodate our expanding community.
We have just purchased this new home for our family to live in infusing it with warmth and guidance. By welcoming the students into our home and family, we will create a nurturing environment where students can thrive.
The first floor of this house will be converted into a "Chabad House" which will be fully dedicated to events and activities for Jewish students. On this floor there is a large garage which will be renovated to be a open space for Chabad activities. It will include a student lounge, lending library, and of course plenty of space for all our events. This new location is less than a mile from Lewis and Clark, making it accessible and convenient for more students.
By providing a house for Chabad, we will be able to offer a wide range of programs and services to support our students. From Shabbat dinners and holiday celebrations to educational workshops and leadership development opportunities, our new space will serve as a foundation for personal growth and community building. It will be a place where students can find inspiration, guidance, and a sense of belonging.
However, we can't achieve this vision without your generous contributions. We invite you to join us in this important endeavor and make a lasting impact on the lives of Jewish students on campus. Together, we can build a stronger, more vibrant Jewish community on campus and ensure that every student has a place to call their own.
